2026 Cranksgiving – Lexington

Join Lexington’s cycling community for the 2026 Cranksgiving, a bicycle-powered food drive supporting FoodChain’s Thanksgiving food boxes.

Participants will gather at Broke Spoke Community Bike Shop before setting out on a ride with shopping checkpoints along the way. At each checkpoint, riders will purchase specified nonperishable food items and carry them throughout the ride, combining physical activity with meaningful community service.

The ride concludes at West Sixth Brewing’s Barrel Room.

This event is open to everyone. Participants should bring a bicycle and be prepared to purchase and transport the requested food items.

Bike Walk Kentucky is pleased to share this opportunity to celebrate cycling, community connection, and neighbors helping neighbors.
